- The quoted prices are final, with GST applicable in addition as per the relevant sales/services HSN Code.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms and MSME Gudelines.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- We strive to deliver products on time; however, unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping addresses and contact details.
5. Use of Products
- Our liability limitations for pallets, boxes, crates, cancellations, replacements, and refunds.
- While we take every precaution in packing goods and materials, Metro Packers and Movers will not be held responsible for any damage or breakage. We strongly recommend insuring your goods for added protection.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. After this period, cancellations may incur charges.
- Refunds will only be processed in cases where products are defective or damaged upon delivery, subject to verification.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Metro Packers and Movers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total value of the order placed.
